Makeb's story starts off swtoor for both factions, and part of what makes it fun is the fact that it's one of the few planets in the game where the main story isn't concerned with pitting the Republic and the Empire against one another.

It turns older planets from brief waypoints into larger destinations worth exploring and investigating in depth. This is a good thing in some ways, since it allowed me to freely experiment with the ccartel flirty dialogue in the Republic quest's romance option, even while standing right in front of a companion NPC who'd have every reason to run a lightsaber through me for doing so.

I must admit, this is more of a cheet sheet for me, than act of good will to other swtor writers, but hey, it still counts, right? Sure, you can team up with other players to do the missions, but all of the cutscenes are solo. The Old Republic's biggest, most beautiful, and swyor paced planet to date. New abilities for each class also make their appearance on the way to the level cap, cartell fitting snugly into the existing gameplay.
